Draining LEG Gel "LEGGERISSIMA" with Grape Extracts and Organic Vine Leaf Water

With the presence of many active inside (such as fruit and grape leaf extracts, wheat germ oil, ivy extract) we have:

- a refreshing action due to mint and eucalyptus;

- a relaxing action: cloves, wintergreen.

It is recommended not to use it during pregnancy and breastfeeding as it contains many active ingredients (and in particular essential oils). Instead it can be used in the presence of thyroid problems. 

How to use it:

Apply the Draining Leg Gel 1/2 times a day (preferably not in the evening) with circular movements from the sole of the foot upwards.

Ideally combined with draining activated mud (see below).

When best to apply it: the best time for application is morning or late afternoon before 17.00, not at night (so during the night we leave room for the elimination of toxins). 

Tips: 

- we apply the draining gel from the sole of the foot to the groin;

- in the shower alternate cold water and warm water starting from the foot.

Difference between active draining mud and draining leg gel:

- mud has a draining action, lipolytic, venous tonic and can be applied to the legs, abdomen and arms

- the gel has a draining action, anti-fatigue and vasoprotective, only on the legs (against swelling and/or heavy legs). So it is recommended especially in the period of heat.

Rubina cellulite treatment protocol (for a year-round treatment)

1st month (intensive):

- first 2 weeks: 3 times every other day -> scrub + mud + gel / body milk;

- last 2 weeks: 2 times a week -> scrub + mud + gel / body milk. 

2nd, 3rd month (maintenance) to do at least for the next 2 months:

- 1 time a week -> scrub + mud + gel / body milk;

- every day: draining gel and/or body milk.

The treatment can only end with the 2 months of maintenance. Or continue with maintenance treatment for more than 2 months.

And even better if after 2 months of maintenance it recovers and therefore:

The 4th month: the written treatment is resumed at 1 month and so on.

The last option is best suited for lasting results. By doing this we will have during the year: 4 months of intense treatments and 8 of maintenance.
